We were on holiday and coincidentally entered the restaurant the first evening, it turned out that we went there for dinner everyday during our holiday! Highly recommend. Such nice food, healthy and children friendly. One of the best French restaurants I ever had!

Very friendly service, the waitress was absolutely perfect. Having worked for 10+ years in hotels and restaurants, I really appreciated this rare occurence of impeccable service and friendliness. Food was good too of course!

Title: Disappointing Cassoulet Experience with Overpriced Fare I recently visited a restaurant in Carcassonne known for its traditional cassoulet. The ambiance was pleasant, with friendly staff and a commendable wine selection. The homemade Foie gras was a highlight, but unfortunately, the cassoulet fell short of expectations. It was overly dry and overburned, lacking the essential moisture that makes cassoulet so delightful. Despite the inviting atmosphere, I left with a disappointing experience, and to add to the letdown, the food was overpriced for the quality offered. I wouldn't recommend it solely for the cassoulet or the overall value.

They are the perfect hosts, my son and I enjoyed a delicious Cassoulet meal. Small but top-notch list of local wines, you won't be disappointed.

Food at this price point is good. However, I found the cassoulet to be a bit too salty for my taste. The staff are really helpful and efficient. Just a heads up, if it's raining and you're sitting outside in the garden, the restaurant brings you inside but doesn't provide any umbrellas or cover from the rain to be able to stay outside. So if there's a chance of rain, it's best to take a seat inside the restaurant.

What a beautiful place just on the edge of a busy square in the medieval cite of Carcassone. Service was relaxed yet efficient and the food was delicious. Reasonable prices too for such an excellent location.
